Priscilla Higuera, née Salgado, focuses solely on the practice of immigration law. She has represented hundreds of clients in deportation proceedings. She has successfully litigated asylum, cancellation of removal, and Convention Against Torture claims. In addition to litigation, she has extensive experience in appellate matters and has represented clients before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

As a first-generation U.S. citizen, Mrs. Higuera understands the many challenges immigrants encounter upon arriving to the United States. With these challenges in mind, she has structured her firm in a manner that minimizes the stress and anxiety that is typically accompanied with obtaining lawful status.

Mrs. Higuera is a graduate of California Western School of Law, and received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada. She is admitted to practice law in California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
